We have a note about this situation on the “My Account” page (the first one shown when you log in).Please contact us so that we can reset your course which will allow you to retake the course and earn a new certificate.
We don’t reset by default because many of our students repurchase to extend their time, so it wouldn’t be nice of us to make them start again. And since resetting is a destructive action that can’t be undone, we require a formal request to do so.
